Bulk containerized waste includes waste that is packaged into drums ranging from 5 to 55 gallons in size up to intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). This type of waste is enclosed in a drum or IBC without any other form of containment supporting it. In other words, the “skin” of the container is the only material keeping the waste contained.
